Pros
*scheduling is online *requesting days off is straightforward (although it is a separate site/app from the schedule app) *clear and consistent expectations from managers (at my location) *managers (at my location) work with you to get you ready for promotions *coworkers (at my location) overall are easy to get along with, plus both know & do what they're responsible for doing *attitude of respect from customers to employees and vice versa (there are always exceptions, but overall it's been positive)
Cons
*managers can make or break the experience, so it's vital to look for clues in interview and early days to see if the managers will respect you, e.g. explaining the rules & setting clear expectations about them, not assuming you'll just intuit them from working there *it's a 24/7 business, so you need to be very clear about when you are/not available. They will schedule you mostly based on when you are available, but also on the needs of the location. If it conflicts, you need to speak up ASAP so that they can adjust it-- don't wait until the day-of! *workday is a little bit annoying to work with at times, but I've never had an issue where it doesn't work at all, so this isn't a very big con.
