Very toxic work environment - Team Leader Whataburger Employee Review

Upper management picks favorites and the favorites don’t have to do any work because they put it all off on their non favorites no matter how good of an empoyee you are. Most other team members say they can’t work weekends so you’re stuck working EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND EVERY WEEK! I honestly should have sued them for harassment because I have multiple disabilities and was constantly picked on there even as a team leader. This was the worst job I’ve ever had iml outside of McDonald’s and they were a close tie. Pay sucks unless you’re a favorite hours suck too just the entire situation SUCKED steer clear of this place at all costs
