Management Miscommunication - Anonymous employee Whataburger Employee Review

Terrible place to work for. Workers don't care about food quality or cleanliness; food stays out for potentially hours longer than the standard and things are not cleaned and replaced on a regular basis. Managers are incompetent and berate/yell at employees. Instead of encouragement, they print and hang up bad reviews in the kitchen to shame people. Managers also have a tendency to ignore/not respond to any messages to them, creating an environment of miscommunication
