Pros

Good place to learn new skills, startup vibe, WFH, benefits and pto policy were great

Cons

Assignments and mentorship followed clear racial lines: people of color were handed the least visible jobs, the riskiest deadlines, the tasks that would get them blamed if things went wrong. White colleagues got the new features and the face-of-the-company work. Reviews were a joke. Folks of color who produced clear results were skipped over for promotions while less effective coworkers who matched the preferred image moved up. I was told outright to ignore resumes with ethnic names and only hire for “culture fit,” which everyone knew meant shutting out diversity. Meetings tolerated racist jokes and assumptions about ability. Promotions flowed through private networks that shut everyone else out. I left because I couldn’t stay where bias was policy and cruelty was routine.

Pros

Good healthcare and good benefits.

Cons

Increasingly corporate culture Benefits slowly being rolled back every year Must use PTO for any holidays you want off as Ops agent/specialist Utter lack of leadership. Revolving door of managers because they refuse to promote internally for years Repetitive, dull work Toxic work culture. Very petty people in management who don’t accept anything but yes men Virtually no training established and hardly any SOPs written. What little there are of both are very poorly executed (aka people brand new to the work doing the training) No upward mobility whatsoever Arbitrary pay scales and performance reviews not necessarily aligned with performance or tenure. Disclaimer: experience entirely dependent on what team you’re on. Avoid T&R like the plague.
