Pros

The flexible schedule is by far the most appreciated aspect of the job. The other would be the discounts you can get across any of the brands owned by Wheel Pros and there are a lot of brands.

Cons

Don't count on getting a raise or bonus. Whatever you sign for as your pay when you start, that's it. There are no opportunities to move up, even though they will tell you there are. Interpersonal relationships within management is a serious problem and a conflict of interest to anybody who isn't apart of "the fold".
