I’ve been working in HR at Wheel Pros for a while now and the culture is absolutely horrible at the corporate office. It is such a hostile work environment where you cannot express your opinions without fear of retaliation, ridicule, and termination. Whenever you disagree with Management they find a way to either force you out or get rid of you. They make your life miserable at work, so much you quit. There has been so much internal turnover and none of the higher ups do anything about it. The behaviors never get corrected because the Managers are never investigated or disciplined. Behaviors get brushed under the rug and nobody does anything about it. How do you explain the constant turnover within the HR department?
