Pros

Gear place to get a job while you wait for another job to open. Large office.

Cons

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Between the fake managers and sub manager cliques, it's like a bad show. Be prepared to have inadequate training, high demands, and lying to customers about almost everything, including the company name. It's a disaster. The interview seemed so nice, but the reality was chaotic uncertainty with cliquey management and constant loss of jobs.

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy at Wheeler. A number of our managers have been with Wheeler for a while and are very close, so we apologize if anyone has ever come across as "cliquey". RPO Recruiting is unique in that we recruit for a particular company, so it is not lying when we use our client's name instead of Wheeler when we recruit candidates. We are doing all we can to create the necessary structure to continue the growth in our company. Please feel free to talk to me with any additional concerns. Thanks! -Caroline

Cons

This is an update on my short review of this company after receiving a disgusting, FALSE, AI-generated reply to my original review. I was hired as a Full-Time employee as part of my contract, including the entirety of my team (30+ employees) as stated by word of mouth from the employees themselves. We were NOT hired for short term project, this was NOT a contract based position and yet less than 10 of my original team remained after just 2 months of being hired. Many were left without work which left a horrible impression on this company. Again, they continue to LIE with the promise of job security and the opportunity for long-term commitment and lay off anyone at a whim. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAREER.
