Don’t do it ya’ll! - Talent Acquisition Specialist Wheeler Staffing Partners Employee Review

Pros

- They trust recruiters enough to read through all their Microsoft Team’s messages and emails. - You constantly work hard because you know you could get fired after one week of not hitting numbers. - You learn to be resourceful. Since there are no applicants for the minimum wage jobs you are trying to fill, you are told to resort to cold calling people who applied for the same job 6 years ago and hope they haven’t found better for themselves by now. - You don’t have to worry about managing PTO&benefits because they don’t offer any.

Cons

I started with a group of about 10 recruiters. They all were fired/ quit within 6 months. The last of us were all fired today because we were expressing to each other how unhappy we were in Team’s messages that Wheeler likes to monitor. (Red flag, y’all!) All concerns were previously brought up with management and they told us “none of y’all should ever feel like y’all are going to get fired! Y’all are the best set of recruiters we have ever had!!” I hope you reading this came to Glassdoor for a reason - and I hope you read the reviews that echo eerily similar to my story, whether they were from this year or 5 years ago.

Cons

This is an update on my short review of this company after receiving a disgusting, FALSE, AI-generated reply to my original review. I was hired as a Full-Time employee as part of my contract, including the entirety of my team (30+ employees) as stated by word of mouth from the employees themselves. We were NOT hired for short term project, this was NOT a contract based position and yet less than 10 of my original team remained after just 2 months of being hired. Many were left without work which left a horrible impression on this company. Again, they continue to LIE with the promise of job security and the opportunity for long-term commitment and lay off anyone at a whim. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAREER.
