Unfortunately, not much anymore. It was a great place to work before the “takeover”.

Cons

Ego has driven Wheels to basically take over LeasePlan. They have archaic platforms, no training, no process guides, an unbelievable eta to get anything accomplished, ineffective coaching, uncooperative interconnecting departments, unrealistic goals and seriously clueless leadership on how to fix things.
