Pros

Excellent ethical standards, very stable company with many long term employees. Good work-life balance. Many clients are very long term. Recent changes in the industry are an opportunity to sign new businesses.

Cons

Not many long term growth opportunities due to small size and infrequent turnover. Since it's not growing significantly these factors limit opportunity for growth. Also, historically has often not promoted from within in some areas. Benefits as a small company are not as nice as at larger companies.
