Difficult Merger with Lack of Direction and Support from Manager - Anonymous employee Wheels Employee Review

Was originally a Donlen employee and was really content with my job at the time. The merger of Donlen and Leaseplan was quite difficult, and I felt there was little direction from upper management. After the merger, I did not feel supported in my role and not appreciated. Always appeared to be looked down because I was an employee from a legacy company. I saw a lot of favoritism in my department but also just a general lack of enthusiasm to get things done in an effective way. Not many growth opportunities either. Shortly before leaving, it became unbearable to work well with manager due to micromanagement.
