Pros
Great team atmosphere Collaborative environment Wheels truly cares about their clients and will do their best to ensure we are delivering what the client needs to run an optimal fleet. They support and encourage the account managers and other areas so that they feel they can "do right" by their clients and teammates.
Cons
Being that most folks have been with Wheels for a longer tenure, you have to make yourself very open to make connections. This is not a bad thing at all, because everyone is very welcoming and warm, but if you are a shy person, you would need to work harder.
