Terrible management is ruining this great place - Anonymous employee Wheels Employee Review

Micromanagement and some managers don't know how to manage. It is very sad to work under someone who has zero leadership skill and always escalate everything, even when there is no need . Manager also said inappropriate things toward employees. Favoritism is a big problem here. The hard working ones are being overlooked and being picked on, while the lazy employees get recognized. If you are someone's favorite, expect to be treated differently and possible is replaceable. So many people feel the same way and yet nothing is done to fix this issue.. This place can be a good work place, but some managers are failing at their job.
