Pros

Clean and peaceful environment. Nice people. Great atmosphere. There is room for growth or at least change within the company and the company really seems to care about its employees. If you love the stability of 9 to 5 life this would be a perfect company to work for.

Cons

Pay is not great (this will lead to people searching for a new job), and because of the type of business it is, you don't always get all the holidays off that say city or state workers or typical office jobs would get. Also, you are there for 8 1/2 hours but you only get paid for 38.75 per week...not 40.
