Pros

Really cool company... with lots of growth potential. They keep opening cities and the bikes are getting more popular. Honestly it’s a great atmosphere. Just get your job done and everything is fine. Every company has an attendance policy, so I’m used to it. The bikes are fun and if you’re an employee here you get to ride for free if you see them out in the city somewhere, which is a cool perk

Pros

I would work with a team that would put in their effort. Mostly everyone got along with each other.

Cons

Unprofessional upper management, Having to worry if the manager would harass, intimidate, and retaliate against the staff. Even after numerous talks with HR about the problems, the manager would act like they were above and anyone could be replaced at the snap of their fingers.
