Con - it’s a start up environment. Always changing gears which is hard for some people Con - the work load is intense but again, this is a start up!!

I would work with a team that would put in their effort. Mostly everyone got along with each other.

Unprofessional upper management, Having to worry if the manager would harass, intimidate, and retaliate against the staff. Even after numerous talks with HR about the problems, the manager would act like they were above and anyone could be replaced at the snap of their fingers.
