Pros

Good crew it was an interesting working environment and atmosphere. We worked hard and played hard.

Cons

Upper management didn’t know what they were doing 9 times out of 10. Made decisions that didn’t help their business really profit or grow- they were more concerned with just hoping someone would buy them out. As soon as that happens they laid everyone off that they could, but we all saw that coming a mile away.

Pros

I would work with a team that would put in their effort. Mostly everyone got along with each other.

Cons

Unprofessional upper management, Having to worry if the manager would harass, intimidate, and retaliate against the staff. Even after numerous talks with HR about the problems, the manager would act like they were above and anyone could be replaced at the snap of their fingers.
