Pros
Cool office, free snacks and drinks, work from home policy, generous vacation days, great people, great CEO. Decent work life balance (for the most part). Good benefits. You'll learn a lot. Innovation is encouraged and noticed *if you make it noticed. Some opportunities to work on large, well respected accounts, mostly in the Gift and Home Industry.
Cons
Below industry average pay. Opportunities to move up are dependent on the accounts you get which you don't have much say on. Very fast-paced. If you're not a fast learner, can't multitask and prioritize/time-manage, not the place for you. Unclear path for growth, and frequent lack of communication from upper management (this is slowly improving). Most people are stretched a bit too thin. Daily time sheets (to the 15 minute interval) is necessary but tedious and time-consuming on top of an already heavy workload.
