Pros
Freedom to manage your own time as needed. This allows most people the ability to work from home or remotely as needed. The benefits package for people entering the company are very lucrative. Outside of Management the people you work with on a daily basis are very skilled and helpful as well as great people.
Cons
Middle and upper management has little knowledge of the skills below them, or the work it takes to get any of the work done within the organization. Very disconnected and offer little or no leadership qualities. Human resources is not working to help people, they only process what mgmt has them. Politics are horrible within people who are disconnected from what needs to happen.
