      Relationships with the residents is what keeps you going. You feel sorry for them and not being able to do more.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about what’s going on. They sweep everything under the rug. The pay sucks and you are not paid fairly based on your experience. We’re under staffed and overworked. Sick and tired of being sick and tired.

      teamwork, flexible schedule, competitive pay, staffed well

      not many places for CNAs to sit down for breaks, not many places for CNAs to sit down when charting
