      White Oak is family owned and has the best interest for their residents and staff. They provide all the resources and support to be successful. White Oak promotes development and advancement internally. Employee longevity is common and emphasizes the culture of this organization. Personally, I have grown with this company since 2006 and am grateful to call White Oak my home.
