No matter your experience level you will be humbled and pleased to learn the White Oak way. The continuity of improvement is what separates this company from our competitors. In my years with White Oak, I continue to notice changes to include a positive work culture. There are daily recognitions that provide encouragement to team members. The company understands work-life balance and understands those challenges as White Oak is a family-owned company. The company recognizes there will be times of flexibility due to employee needs while meeting the employer expectations. It would be impossible to stay ahead of technology changes but more frequent device upgrades and speed improvements would provide an increase in employee efficiency.
