      Pros

      -The residents are wonderful and feel like family. -Fellow staff members are nice for the most part. -The pay isn’t bad with a shift differential. Without it, it’s just okay.

      Cons

      -The roaches.... -The facility could do with a remodel and a better cleaning and maintenance schedule. -Not much room for advancement.

      not many places for CNAs to sit down for breaks, not many places for CNAs to sit down when charting
