      Flexible scheduling and easy to get time off if needed. Nice people.

      Cons

      Unequal payments. Im getting paid less than someone who worked for only a couple months when I have been here for almost two years.

      not many places for CNAs to sit down for breaks, not many places for CNAs to sit down when charting
