Management is not supportive. They run good staff away, time after time. Staff steal things. They do redundant work and paperwork that is merely time consuming toolkit good and serves no real purpose. The members of management are bullies, hide things they don't want "found out", lie, different rules depending on the staff member, won't allow time off in advance, openly discuss previous staff with subordinates to make themselves look better, gossip, ignore real problems, and are not really there for the right reason, the residents. Some members of mgmt can't make a simple decision without getting 4 opinions first.
