Pros

Great, fun coworkers. Managers and directors want you to grow as a leader, they give time to help you develop and learn. Enjoyed working with them. Pay was fair as well.

Cons

MOST higher ups (not all) do not practice what they preach (respect & communication). They only see you as an asset that gets you money. It also seems that anyone can get hired, which is annoying because sometimes we have workers here for a few weeks before they are terminated, this should be noticed in the hiring process.

You get access to lots of learning material great team members and easy-going management. That is also very flexible with school kids and anything else.

Cons

You do have to work outside in the elements. It gets very hot and it gets very cold.

Chill environment with great people around. Competitive pay for the industry. Good PTO policy.

Cons

No in company Bereavement policy. Hitting metrics aren't rewarded where not hitting metrics come with punishment. No commission on any sales made. Upper management takes along time to fix issues. 50 a week expected for managers.
