- Flexible hours - Water bottles provided to keep you hydrated in hot summer days - Decent pay ($12/hr and more if you move up) - Had a great time working with the people there (very helpful in getting you used to the tasks that need to be done throughout the day and showing you the ropes of how things are done)

Cons

- Hot - Sometimes back to back days of closing a shift then opening the next day - A lot of busy work

You get access to lots of learning material great team members and easy-going management. That is also very flexible with school kids and anything else.

Cons

You do have to work outside in the elements. It gets very hot and it gets very cold.

Chill environment with great people around. Competitive pay for the industry. Good PTO policy.

Cons

No in company Bereavement policy. Hitting metrics aren't rewarded where not hitting metrics come with punishment. No commission on any sales made. Upper management takes along time to fix issues. 50 a week expected for managers.
