I liked my AD, GM and MSD. My coworkers were cool. I just needed more hours and better rate.

Cons

My managers were great, but all the corporate team cares about is money. They say they want to develop you and help you grow but they don’t. All they care about is money.

You get access to lots of learning material great team members and easy-going management. That is also very flexible with school kids and anything else.

Cons

You do have to work outside in the elements. It gets very hot and it gets very cold.

Chill environment with great people around. Competitive pay for the industry. Good PTO policy.

Cons

No in company Bereavement policy. Hitting metrics aren't rewarded where not hitting metrics come with punishment. No commission on any sales made. Upper management takes along time to fix issues. 50 a week expected for managers.
