Just another crap job - Store Manager WhiteWater Express Car Wash Employee Review

Lots of extra work added onto your day to day, outside of your job description. A LOT of video meetings, every day, that pull people away from production (lots of associate only/certain title only meetings) and cause major rifts in communication due to the information not flowing manager down. No sunscreen, hearing protection provided. Prep work on the cars, before they go into the wash, is almost exclusively mop work. This means you have to work your arms. A LOT. For a whole hour straight, sometimes multiple hour long turns in the tunnel a day. Management is forced to endure 10 hour shifts, 50 hours a week, and only get paid for 40. Moral is awful.
