Ok place to work, management needs refining - Lab Technician Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research Employee Review

- Depending on the lab some PIs/managers can be toxic. HR and other management fails to correct this even while being aware to the toxic behavior of others. - Elitism - Facilities are a little outdated considering the institute's prestige - Salary could be better - Lower level workers, i.e. employees who are not PhD holders or grad students, aren't always treated well.
