Pros
Health benefits, some friendly staff
Cons
They admit "kids" (up to 22 years old) to the program who are far more violent than staff are equipped for. Regular employees are treated like garbage, forced to work 17 hour shifts regularly, paid next to minimum wage. Upper management siphons the money. The place is corrupt. Staff are not properly trained and learn on the job. I have been assaulted at least two dozen times in my first year there. The students suffer, the staff suffers. Nobody wins except for the top brass. You don't want to work here, trust me.
