Pros
The best reasons for working here would be because you get to work with kids all day! Granted, half of there children are 16 years old or older they are still fun to be around. Sick/Vacation Time Ability to pick up hours if you’d like Rewarding moments with the kids
Cons
Mandated Forces (If you work a shift you may be mandated to work the second shift) May not always get a break (or may be offered a break once and if you don’t take it you might not get your full break) Physically demanding (went home with bruises most days) Awful on boarding and training process Staff work as individualists never as a team
