Plenty of overtime When the kids are in good space, you can build great relationships Opportunity to go out into the community and see movies, etc for free with the kids Free health insurance if you’re full time

Cons

Terrible work life balance Forces into overnight shifts Sexual harassment from fellow employees - sets a terrible example considering the population!! Pay was decent when i started but was below average when i left
