Pros
Some of the coworkers were pretty cool, the job itself was hard and didn't pay nearly what it's worth, violent boys and lots of restraints.
Cons
Physical restraints, being assaulted, the assistant residential director hates everyone that's not a girl that he finds attractive, the residential director just promotes his friends and is severely detached from reality, the ceo, is a smart guy that made the mistake of taking morons and putting them in charge.
