If you are a worker here or plan to be, for your sake please document everything and have written and logged communication of incidents. Be careful with fictitious, unfair, and biased write ups. Ask management to be clear about communication and have them provide a written statement of their complaints and make sure they give you the opportunity to rectify mistakes that happen due to inadequate and inconsistent training. They will pull you upstairs with verbal accusations so that they can control the narrative. Management will work together to gaslight and get you fired if they do not like you. Management also has favorites that they look out for and turn a blind eye to. They are not effective at correcting behavior from team members, shift leads, etc.
