Large district with a lot of support. Pacing guides, instructional coaches, assistant principals. Salary is better than neighboring most states.

Cons

No flexibility in what you can teach, no assumption of professionalism. Assistant principals and principals are moved every couple of years. Promotions are based on who you know and what race you are, not what you know. Good teachers and administrators are given the most difficult classes and assignments because they "can handle it."
