Pros

Helping the employees with their employment questions was the best. Love to help people.

Cons

Administration does not work well together, so the sum total needs of the district are not addressed, only the desires of a few. My coworkers are very proud of our accomplishments, but the internal fussing can hold up progress on updating systems and procedures , project priorities, etc. Very frustrating.
