Pros

Doctors are some of the best in the field. There is free lunch sometimes. Clinical manager is great. They have insurance.

Cons

The upper management is YIKES. The high turnover rate/ number of open positions says it all. It's been that way for several years now but is getting worse. Really confusing that no one questions it more? The work culture is awful.
