Core Values, the senior management really does want to know what's going on so they offer several avenues for employees to express concerns, including an annual anonymous survey, a quarterly employee council meeting held with the CEO, and the senior management team wants every employee to feel like they can reach out at any time. Career growth - lots of promotions from within. With the company growing there are new opportunities almost every day.

Cons

The health insurance is suffering from the Affordable Care Act.

They genuinely care about the people who work, from your manager to CEO, they are people first in many ways compared to other companies. You are cared about as a human. Also, great benefits compared to other retail jobs!

Pay is about average, but benefits are decent- PTO and great 401k

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.
