Pros

Hours are good and set week to week. Benefits are fair.

Cons

Not allowed to think for yourself. Company portrays that they care but they really don't. The Best Company to Work For award is a joke. Management tells you that if you give a very favorable survey then you will be awarded with a nice jacket. I have two nice jacket but nobody ever knew me or my capabilities. You are treated as though you have nothing to offer that would benefit the company and if you try, you are imediately shut down. They have some very well educated and diverse employees working for them that are very under utilized. I worked there for two years as an Area Specialist and we only had three AS meetings. In those meetings, we were not given an opportunity to voice opinions. It was very frustrating! I have heard things are better at other stores but the Bend store is not run well at all. The company has a quarterly "Employee Counsel" meeting where an employee from each store is to bring things to discuss. I would read the published minutes and all it was was to serve upper management with 'strokes.' If you want to work for a company where you ideas and thoughts are heard, this is not where you want to be.

Pros

They genuinely care about the people who work, from your manager to CEO, they are people first in many ways compared to other companies. You are cared about as a human. Also, great benefits compared to other retail jobs!

Cons

Pay is about average, but benefits are decent- PTO and great 401k

Pros

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.
