Can't drink water in salon Low prices Management has no idea what it takes to groom a dog Working 10 to 12 hour shifts No support with cleaning or booking You check in /out and book do calls etc If a customer is late we can't squeeze them in it's adds to a heavier day Store meeting interference

Pros

They genuinely care about the people who work, from your manager to CEO, they are people first in many ways compared to other companies. You are cared about as a human. Also, great benefits compared to other retail jobs!

Cons

Pay is about average, but benefits are decent- PTO and great 401k

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.
