Business Outlook
Pros
-The culture that they have cultivated in the work place is great, I like everyone I work with -The amount of paid holidays are great, and I like that there are a few opportunities for overtime -I feel the company is caring with employees, during and after the hurricane there were several accommodations made
Cons
-The department that I work in is still relatively new and there is room for improvement, the position can be boring and I feel that there is a decent level of micromanagement. I think in time, this position may develop, but as for now, these are my main concerns.
