Business Outlook
Pros
With a newly-appointed CEO and two relatively new appointees heading up the core Journals and Books businesses, there’s finally a buzz that suggests Wiley can move forward positively.
Cons
With recent low revenue growth and stagnancy, talented (and often younger) colleagues don’t get the career breaks and opportunities they’d get in faster-growing businesses. This is compounded by low turnover in management positions at all levels.
