Pros

Good hours no weekends/ Great drivers and yard staff/ It asks for me to put 20 words for pros. Problem is not enough pros to get 20 words so I have to type this in to submit

Cons

Bad quality on equipment selling. CORP will keep changing commissions policy midstream Micro Managed on everything you do. Most units you book are on a SPOC account and no pay for you. Going digital and loose multiple deals in your dirt

Thank you for your feedback. Because of our continued growth, strategic ability to gain market share and commitment to excellence, we are always investing in our fleet. Our commission plan is incredibly strong and lucrative for the right sales professional. It is uncapped and pays purely on production. You will get out of it exactly what you put in. When you produce, you will make a great living here at Mobile Mini. We use several channels to gather feedback from all our people and with that, we have been able to drive some great initiatives that has led to extremely positive change. If you have anything that you'd like to share, feel free to reach out to me directly astorck@mobilemini.com.

Pros

Once upon a time, I enjoyed it.

Cons

New CEO took over. He’s pretty out of touch. My former colleagues call me and ask me return on a weekly basis still because it’s going poorly for them. They constantly make business decisions that counter organic growth. Probably because the motivator is not organic growth. Sales are treated like call center employees and there’s a ton of hate from the WS/ MM merger that wasn’t dealt with. It is definitely an ivory tower. You’re inside of it or you are not. If you’re liked, you can do whatever you want. As long as it looks like you’re committed to the group. This means that you can’t share a dissenting opinion though. Two of the worst three managers I have ever seen were there. They target individuals who don’t go be them the metrics they want in safety or performance. HR’s goal is to protect the company. Share nothing with them, ever.
