Pros
The people you work with, unfortunately the good/smart ones leave. Just as I did.
Cons
Turnover, turnover, turnover. The only exception to this seems to be senior leadership. I struggle to understand why leaders would run an organization this way. My best guess is that a high rate of turnover is somehow beneficial to the bottom line.
