Pros

You get to meet and work with some very nice people

Cons

-Company is prejudice/racist -Supervisors have no idea what they are doing, must learn everything yourself. -End up micromanaging people that get paid more than you -Have to others how to do their roll that get paid more than you. Most of the time you will just end up doing everything for everyone else. -No bonuses -only 3% raise a year no matter how good or bad you did. -No positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement only -No company culture whatsoever -mandatory overtime -CSS roll is split into 3 tiers, Phone Representative, Work Order Representative and Billing Representative. No difference of payment between them despite MAJOR workload difference. -Never receive recognition for doing well. Coworkers and other employees will appreciate your efforts but management will turn a blind eye -CEO will rave about how well the company is doing and how they "have a surplus of money" yet they will delay everyone's raise due to the pandemic that they 100% took advantage of. -Upper management will not listen to your ideas that would be helpful to coworkers and customers. -Company has absolutely no regard for customers and will take advantage of anyone they can. -They will make you feel guilty for calling our sick or using PTO -You will barely be covered when you go on PTO and will be more stressed than before you left so might as well not go. -Workload is outrageously overwhelming -You end up doing the sales reps jobs, branch coordinators jobs and your supervisors jobs for them. -Upper management will but absolutely no effort into motivating you and will work you dry. -Empty promises of business travel, fun activities, etc. -No one goes to happy hour or lunch together -clock in and out for the day and for lunch is by the minute and you will be called out for any misses. -will be forced to do things way out of your pay grade -will be treated like a school child if you are caught on your phone, go to the bathroom too often, talk to your coworkers too much. -they will work you until you are sick -no one cleans the office so it's stuffy and gross in there. You will be perfectly fine and then walk into the office and start sneezing, coughing and sniffling -no room for growth, only more responsibilities but the same salary. -AND AS THE ONLINE JOB DESCRIPTION SAYS, "Much more!"

Once upon a time, I enjoyed it.

New CEO took over. He’s pretty out of touch. My former colleagues call me and ask me return on a weekly basis still because it’s going poorly for them. They constantly make business decisions that counter organic growth. Probably because the motivator is not organic growth. Sales are treated like call center employees and there’s a ton of hate from the WS/ MM merger that wasn’t dealt with. It is definitely an ivory tower. You’re inside of it or you are not. If you’re liked, you can do whatever you want. As long as it looks like you’re committed to the group. This means that you can’t share a dissenting opinion though. Two of the worst three managers I have ever seen were there. They target individuals who don’t go be them the metrics they want in safety or performance. HR’s goal is to protect the company. Share nothing with them, ever.
