Pros
No Pros. Minimum pay for the amount of work you are required.
Cons
No job security, toxic work place, unprofessional upper management, high turnover and no diversity. The company constantly changes the KPI and the KPI have so many glitches. The numbers aren’t accurate and when you address management about the mistakes they have no answers. Upper management constantly uses profanity. All the upper management are close friends or work at a prior company together and just hire their friends or family members. That’s why they act so unprofessional and just layoff all the new talent. They create a very toxic environment by making every manager blame each other if anything goes wrong. The HR department is horrible. If you were treated wrongly or disrespected they don’t help and they take weeks just to reply. Upper management also talks down on HR as well. The sale team is treated very badly and the sale managers are constantly cursing them out and making employees cry or quit. I never worked for a company that had this type of environment. It’s shocking how a fortune 400 company can be this toxic and mistreating to employees. All the workers, working in the office are overwhelmed and are usually breaking down and crying to their managers about how upper management is making do too much work. There is no career advancement unless you are friends with upper management. If you’re a manager they want you to work for 12 hrs a day. You barley have time to take a lunch break.
