Pros
The firm has decent benefits, time off and whatnot. The work is plentiful and challenging. Career growth is possible if positions are available.
Cons
Management is too detached to relate to their co workers. Often times they are unable to see new and creative approaches to problem solving. For all the talk about moving forward and growing into a new future, their practices are staid and sluggish to change. You are told one thing and often expected to do another.
