Pros
Great and valuable experience - skills and experience gained are highly transferable Easy going culture - micromanagement is not big issue at least in the E&C world 9/80 schedules - flexibility in work time Great benefits, great pay Proximity to the galleria is a nice perk
Cons
The good-ole boy network is very strong here. Great if you are favored and very difficult if you're not favored by management, regardless of how competent or hard working (or not) you are. It is difficult to move around in different departments in the E&C unit.
