Pros
My fellow workers were great. Benefits weren't bad. Overtime was extremely plentiful. Don't make any plans with the family though.
Cons
Pay was below average. Training was inadequate. Management knew very little about running the plant, especially how to start the plant up after a shutdown. Safety was a joke. No upward mobility because uncle's, cousins, brother in law's and son in laws comprised the staff and they ran the plant completely.
